It’s in the details

knitbrary - felix workshop arequipa

The care and dedication of each member, from the alpaca farmers to the yarn spinners, dyers and knitters to the designer, is key to creating excellent knitted pieces. More than just working closely together, we share the same values, ethic and passion for our work and believe that this marks the difference.

Although not each piece is made entirely by hand, the majority of steps involved in the process requires great precision and is only done manually, the artisans trusting the feel of the yarn and knitting in the palms of their hands. That is why each member’s effort is so important.

At first glance it might be hard to appreciate, but when you look closely, you will feel nothing but the fine soothing softness and beauty of a KNITBRARY piece.  And this can only be achieved through extremely delicate craftsmanship, the loving and uncompromising attention to all detail.
